BOOKING & PAYMENTS
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment, but don’t worry — you won’t be charged unless a cancellation fee applies.
You will receive an email immediately after booking, please make sure you have input your credit card information. If you haven’t the appointment will not go through.
I accept cash, card, and Zelle at the time of your appointment.
CANCELLATION
A 100% service fee will be charged to the card on file for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, including removing services during your appointment.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance to make changes and avoid fees.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please call or text (650) 518-4637 if you’ll be 5 minutes late.
Arriving 5–10 minutes late may result in cancellation, and you’ll be responsible for the full service fee.
Please arrive on time and allow time for restroom use before your arriving.
